Manoj Ramnani, Founder and CEO
Manoj brings extensive experience starting and growing technology firms. His experience spans IT and management in healthcare and federal consulting industries and development of enterprise mobile and eLearning applications.

CircleBack is Manoj's brainchild and he drives the strategy and direction, builds the executive team and establishes strategic partnerships. Manoj graduated from George Washington University's business school and serves on the board of MPTrax, TaxScan, Jobzoomer and NoesisMD.

Stephen Sklarew, Chief Technology Officer
Stephen is a business and technology leader with extensive experience conceptualizing, building, and operating Web-based systems and Mobile apps in start-ups and large organizations. As CTO, Stephen leads the design, development and operations of all applications - mobile and Web.

Prior to joining CircleBack, Stephen was Senior Director at Corporate Executive Board. Stephen has also held leadership roles at DDLabs, Experient Technologies and Ernst & Young. Stephen holds a B.S. degree from Virginia Tech.

Chris Hopkinson, Director of Business Development
Chris a passionate and creative business development manager with experience selling software products in various industries. As CircleBack's Director of Business Development, Chris is responsible for sales of our Powered by CircleBack platform. Prior to joining CircleBack, Chris was a Managing Partner at Frontier Tax & Accounting and the Founder of TaxScan Technologies.

Chris has a degree in journalism from the University of Maryland College Park and was the recipient of the TiE-Smith Fellowship at the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business.

Scott Guyer, Lead Software Engineer
As CircleBack's Lead Software Engineer, Scott is adept at many technologies, including C/C++, Java, C#, .NET, XML, etc. Formerly, Scott was the Systems Architect providing full lifecycle support for web application backend services for Muuni, a local startup.

Scott honed his technical skills with over a decade at America Online where he built the first publishable AOL welcome screen system which was served over 340 billion times. Scott has a B.S. and an M.S. in Computer Science from Virginia Tech.

Jay Danielian, Lead Software Engineer
Jay is CircleBack's Principal .NET Engineer, and led the design and development of CircleBack's cloud services. Prior to CircleBack, Jay was a Senior Engineer at CoStar Information Group where he worked on a team transitioning their flagship domestic windows product, to an international web based product.

Jay also spent several years as an Independent Contractor and small business owner, delivering products and solutions in .NET, PHP, and Java. Jay holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Maryland.

Vinay Bhawnani, Associate Director of Quality Assurance
As the Associate Director of Quality Assurance, Vinay heads up all QA activities at CircleBack. With extensive experience managing complex projects and high-performing global teams, Vinay is focused on delivering the highest possible quality products on time.

Vinay spent 7 years at America Online where he led QA teams for billing and customer care systems serving 1,000+ customer reps with over 7M unique visitors daily. Vinay holds a B.S. in Biomedical Science from the University Of Pennsylvania.
